Credit/Debit Card Deposits
We have enabled credit/debit cards to fund your account with Visa or Mastercard. You will find this funding channel in our cashier section after clicking on DEPOSIT.
We only allow deposits using cards under the account holder’s name. Using a card from a third party will immediately deem the account as high risk and we will ban the account and personal information from future card deposits.
Depositing with your Credit/Debit Card
Login to your Bettors Den account and click on the yellow DEPOSIT button on your phone, or click on the Cashier option from the top menu. Select the Credit/Debit Card option and follow the instructions, making sure to fill in the information correctly. You may deposit a minimum of $50 using this method, and the maximum amount may vary depending on your profile. However, the standard maximum amount allowed per transaction is $500.
After carefully filling out the Credit Card form, hit “Submit”. The information provided in the form must match the one used in your bettors account. We do not allow the use of third-party cards.
We recommend you make sure to understand the Terms and Conditions for card transactions prior to generating a deposit. When depositing through this option, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions attached to credit/debit card deposits.
Fees associated with Credit/Debit Cards
We accept deposits via credit/debit card into your sports account 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and they are always free of charge. Some of our processors may submit your card charge in a different currency and you could incur in currency exchange fees, which we will credit to your bettors account upon request; simply contact our Support Specialist team by clicking here. We do not cover additional fees charged by card issuers for processing international transactions or any other fee related to any other reason.
Account Verification
We require account verification prior to processing payouts. This means we will ask you to send an image of your legal picture ID, an image the front side of your card and the authorization form filled out and signed. Upon discretion, we may require other information to complete the account verification. Click here to contact our Support Specialist for more details on the verification form.
ATTENTION! Make sure to send in a different attachment each document that our verification team requests. Please do not put your ID and Card images or authorization form in the same file.
We reserve the right to process card refunds for card depositors as part of a payout request or for the complete amount of payout requests.
Cryptocurrency Deposits
Cryptocurrencies are digital or virtual currencies that use cryptography for security and operate on decentralized networks, typically based on blockchain technology. Unlike traditional currencies issued by governments and central banks, cryptocurrencies rely on cryptographic techniques to secure transactions, control the creation of new units, and verify the transfer of assets. At this time we do not support accounts in cryptocurrency, hence, all transactions are converted to USD for their proper credit into the bettors’ balances.
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin share several similarities as they all originated from the same source code (Bitcoin’s open-source codebase) and aim to serve as digital currencies. All three cryptocurrencies use blockchain technology, a decentralized and distributed ledger, to record transactions and they are all accessible globally, allowing users to send and receive digital assets without the need for traditional banking systems. Many services worldwide allow you to buy, hold and exchange cryptocurrencies for fiat currencies (traditional currencies issued by governments and central banks). We recommend educating yourself in these new currencies to safely manage your assets and the funds that will be transferred to and from your bettor’s account.
We allow deposits for as low as the equivalent to $25 and as high as $10,000.00. For deposits exceeding the cap, we recommend executing multiple transactions through the cashier interface; however, you may contact our Support Specialists to see if there are other available options at this time. We do not charge any fees for crypto deposits unless the minimum deposit amount is not respected. In that case, we are forced to charge the processor fee and the mining fee, which can amount to up to 5%.
Depositing with Bitcoin
Bitcoin (BTC) is the most relevant and predominant decentralized digital currency, often referred to as “digital gold”. Bitcoin operates on blockchain, which is a distributed ledger that records all transactions across a network of computers. Members can fund their bettors’ account with BTC, and once the transaction is confirmed in the blockchain, we exchange it for USD and credit it to the balance. We use the average of the current Bid and Ask prices from www.bitstamp.net and other reputable bitcoin exchange companies like www.binance.com, www.coinbase.com for the cryptocurrency conversions to and from USD. We reserve the right to change the BTC conversion sources at any time and without prior notice.

Depositing with Bitcoin Cash
Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is a cryptocurrency that emerged as a result of a fork in the Bitcoin blockchain back in 2017. It operates on blockchain as well; therefore, we will also wait for its full confirmation prior to converting and crediting the funds to your bettor’s account. The sources for defining the exchange rate at the time of crediting the funds in your account are the same as the ones used for BTC transactions.
Please note that the Bitcoin Cash blockchain is different from the BTC blockchain, therefore BCH transactions may only be transacted in the BCH blockchain. At the time of generating your wallet, kindly make sure you are generating the wallet from the proper blockchain that is 100% compatible with the cryptocurrency you wish to use to fund your account. Funds sent to wallets that are not compatible with the cryptocurrency transacted cannot be collected and will be lost. At the time of generating your wallet, we recommend taking a screenshot to easily go back to confirm the cryptocurrency for which the wallet is valid and capable of receiving.
Depositing with Litecoin
Litecoin (LTC) is a peer-to-peer decentralized cryptocurrency released as an open-source project in October 2011. Litecoin shares many similarities with Bitcoin but has implemented several key differences in its protocol. Like using a different hashing algorithm that allows a faster block generation time compared to Bitcoin, therefore, faster confirmation periods.
As the cryptocurrency ecosystem evolves, it may introduce new address formats or improvements. Our crypto processor is up to date with the latest technology. Therefore, it provides SegWit addresses for LTC that start with “ltc1”. However, Litecoin has several addresses/wallet types but not all wallet or exchange services have updated their networks to be compatible with the latest ones and you could experience issues or complications when attempting to fund your bettor account from the most popular exchange app services.
Deposit Instructions
Log in to your bettor’ account and go to the cashier section, specifically to the Deposit page. Select the cryptocurrency logo of your preference, and input the amount to deposit in USD equivalent value. Afterward, click the submit button to generate a single-use wallet address exclusively for your use. You must use this wallet to execute your transaction in your cryptocurrency wallet. After you have sent the funds, the processor will immediately submit the transfer to the blockchain for confirmation. Kindly keep in mind that all wallets provided through our cashier interface are single-use wallets. Therefore, you must request a new wallet for every deposit that you wish to credit to your bettor’ account.
When you send a lesser amount than the figure you entered for generating the single-use wallet, the system will delay the confirmation of your deposit by at least 15 minutes while it waits for you to complete the amount with another transaction. We highly advice sending the funds within 15 minutes of generating the address. This is to have an exchange rate closer to the one when the wallet was produced. When executing transactions after the 15-minute grace period, we will apply the exchange rate available at the time funds are credited to your bettor account.
It usually takes 15 to 45 minutes to confirm and credit transactions to your balance. Times may vary as this is independent of us. Our processor as each blockchain for each cryptocurrency operates separately. On a decentralized network of computers, often referred to as nodes, where no single entity or authority controls each network.

Withdrawing funds through Cryptocurrency
As a non-negotiable requirement, we will demand for the Device-based Authentication Service to be active at the time you submit your withdrawal request. We enforce this measure as a security layer to ensure the safety of the funds in your account and to allow only you to manage them.
You can request payouts through our cashier interface, with a minimum amount of $50.00 and a maximum of $10,000.00. We may be able to process withdrawals for higher amounts. Reach out to our team of Support Specialists to check for the availability and your options.
We charge 1% for every cryptocurrency withdrawal processed. However, we allow one free withdrawal per calendar month for up to $3,000.00 equivalent. Kindly enter a comment when submitting your request to take advantage of this benefit.
For bettor’s accounts using other funding channels (if available), cryptocurrency payouts are subject to availability. This will incur in a Provision fee that may vary.
ATTENTION! Using your bettor account as a cryptocurrency exchange for fiat cashouts is not allowed. We will make sure to use the lowest exchange rate between the time of the deposit and the time of the cash-out. We will also enforce a Service charge of at least 5% and payout requests will be subject to availability, as we will prioritize legitimate bettors transactions.
Same as with deposits, we use the average of the current Bid. We ask for prices from www.bitstamp.net and other reputable exchange companies. Such as www.binance.com, www.coinbase.com for the cryptocurrency conversions to and from USD. We will convert the USD to BTC/BCH/LTC at the exact time of debiting the withdrawal from the bettor’s balance. We reserve the right to change the cryptocurrency conversion sources at any time and without prior notice.
Withdrawal Instructions
Before submitting a withdrawal, kindly note we could require the bettor to complete full KYC. For more information on this, please refer to our Terms of Service, section 2.
To cash out, you must submit your withdrawal request through the cashier interface of your bettor’s account. To do this, click on the cashier link, and then click on the cryptocurrency logo of your preference. The system will then request you enter a compatible wallet where you may receive the cryptocurrency that matches the logo selected. Make sure you are using a fresh wallet. As for cybersecurity reasons we do NOT allow cashouts to previously used wallets.
Our Payout Specialists will confirm via email all requests. The information submitted to verify that the rightful account owner is the one carrying the transaction. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will have to cancel the payout request. We may also request for phone verification at any time prior to authorizing a payout.
It is important to highlight that all accounts that have submitted a payout request will undergo an audit. This is to ensure the validity of the balance. The audit should not take more than 24 hours. Unless we have to reach out to third-party vendors. In this case, we will keep you posted on the progress of your withdrawal request.
